Malaika Intimates is a Kenyan business operating as an authorised Curvy Kate reseller. We are registered in Kenya. Our registered address and contact details are available on the Contact Us page.

These terms apply to all transactions made through our website or via our WhatsApp ordering channel.

Many of our products are available on a pre-order basis. When you place a pre-order:

• You pay a deposit (typically 50% of the product price) to secure your item. • The balance is due when your order is confirmed as ready for dispatch. • We will notify you by email and/or WhatsApp when your item is ready. • If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in full.

All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any confirmed order will be honoured at the price displayed at the time of ordering.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and depend on your location within Kenya.

We accept M-Pesa (Paybill) and card payments. Payment must be received in full (or as a deposit where applicable) before an order is processed. Receipts are issued by email upon successful payment.

We deliver within Kenya only. Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days from the date of order confirmation. We use trusted courier partners for all deliveries. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events outside our control.

Due to the hygiene nature of swimwear, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or not as described. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos.

For sizing issues, we offer exchanges where stock permits. We strongly encourage you to use our free sizing consultation service before placing an order.

All content on this website — including images, text, graphics, and branding — is owned by Malaika Intimates or our suppliers and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Malaika Intimates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
